What fits inside?
It holds 10 litres with the roll top closed and measures 33 × 26 × 15 cm. A4 books, spare clothes, a lunch box and a 500 ml bottle all fit, plus a few small essentials like sticks, snacks and socks. Inside there's a small pouch at the back and a name label.

Will it fit my child?
It's made for children aged around 3 to 10. The padded shoulder straps adjust as they grow, and the chest strap slides up and down so it sits at the right height. It weighs about 450 g empty.
How do I close and adjust it?
Fold the top over a few times, and the hidden magnetic closure holds it shut, then clip the strap over the front. To open, unclip and unroll. Pull the shoulder strap ends to tighten, then slide the chest strap up or down to the right height and clip it across the front.

What does waterproof cover?
The shell is soft matte TPU fabric with welded seams and a reinforced base, and the roll top folds over the whole opening to keep rain out. It's made for rain, puddles and muddy walks, not for being submerged in water.

How do I clean it?
A plop is a simple wipe clean with a damp cloth - nothing more.
When does it ship, and what if it's not right?
